Information we collect

If you contact Post42 through this website, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company or organization, the type of help you are looking for, and details about your project. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security signals when you use the site.

How we collect information

We collect inquiry information directly from you when you submit the contact form or email us. Technical information may be generated automatically when your browser connects to the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, communicate about Post42 services, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot technical issues, understand aggregate website traffic and performance, and maintain ordinary business and legal records. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance, such as page views, referring sites, approximate geographic region, browser type, and performance metrics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track individual visitors.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you. The site is hosted and secured through Cloudflare, which also provides our aggregate web analytics. Contact-form delivery may also involve an email delivery provider such as Resend or a comparable service. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction.

Cookies and online tracking

Post42 does not currently use advertising cookies or tools designed to track visitors across unrelated websites. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for analytics. Our infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver, secure, and protect the site. Because we do not currently engage in cross-site behavioral tracking, the site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If we add advertising or other tracking technologies, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we maintain about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will consider requests subject to applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Contact hello@post-42.com.

Retention

We retain business inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential work, maintain business records, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Technical logs are retained according to the practices of our infrastructure providers and our operational needs.

Changes to this policy

If our privacy practices materially change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. We may provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change.
