Gerry Mattei
For more than 15 years, Gerry Mattei has worked across production, post-production and creative technology, building teams and workflows for everything from broadcast television and premium streaming series to branded campaigns and enterprise media operations.
Before founding Post42, Gerry led post-production at ATTN: and production and post operations at Legendary Entertainment, with earlier experience at ITV Studios. His work has included projects for Google, Nickelodeon, Max and other leading brands and entertainment companies, spanning editorial, animation, VFX, sound, finishing, delivery and production technology.
Gerry's path into production started with music. Before building production teams and post workflows, he worked as a musician, composer and audio engineer. That background still shapes how he approaches the work: listen closely, understand how every piece fits together, and build an environment where talented people can do their best work.
